One day or half day workshops on Addiction and Attachment
I write and present one day or half day workshops on several relevant subjects under the umbrella of addiction or attachment, facilitating groups of up to 25 participants (trainee counsellors, experienced therapists, and corporate clients in the workplace) recruiting several learning outcome tools.
Group discussion, dyad work, video observations, self-reflection and role play are integrated within every workshop.
This ensures an interactive experience to support each member of the group.

Addiction Workshops
Early Addiction Recovery: the first 90 days, including neuroscience and relapse prevention. Understanding Codependency, including self-esteem work. Addiction as a Family Illness including dysfunctional coping strategies.
